Claims should be reported immediately
FNOL (First notification of loss) target reporting should be as soon as the incident occurs.
On all motor claims, the last known driver / driver of the vehicles details need to be supplied. Pictures of photo card driving license (Front and Rear) online DVLA check (in PDF) format should be submitted. This is to ensure indemnity Is granted immediately by insurers and enables us to pursue the TP (Third party). Intervene and capture TP claims where possible. If intervention is successful this will help to keep TP costs managed and controlled by your own insurer.
